A Late Check out must be requested in advance at reception, which will be subject to availability and at a supplement.

What activities are available near the hotel?

If we talk about Santa Susanna, you can take a short trip on the train (CUC) to get to know the town. You can also go on a trip on the Dofi Jet boat to Blanes, Lloret de Mar, Tossa de Mar. In the same way, you can rent bicycles and take a ride around the village. You can also visit villages that are close to Santa Susanna such as: Blanes, Lloret de Mar, Tossa de Mar, Calella, San Pol de Mar, etc. You can also go to Barcelona, Girona or Figueres to visit the Dalí Museum. The village of Santa Susanna is quite well connected, so you can reach different places by train or bus.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

We have our Buffet dining room and our Lua Restaurant with à la carte service and located on the promenade next to the hotel.


Does the hotel provide ironing?

Yes, by paying a deposit.

Where can I watch the animation program?

At the entrance door of the animation office*.

Is it possible to use the indoor pool? Is it warm?

During the summer the indoor pool can be used when it is raining, otherwise only the outdoor pool is used.

It is only warm in the low season.

Is smoking allowed inside the rooms?

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, only on the balcony of the room.

Are there towels for the pool?

Yes, we offer pool towel service with a deposit.

How often do you change the sheets? And the towels?

Sheets are changed every 4 nights and towels are changed every day if they are on the floor.

Do you have a safe and/or fridge in the rooms?

Yes, there is a safe and a fridge. Both are free.

Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, it's an extra service with a cost.

At what time is the check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 1 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.

Do you have connected rooms?

Unfortunately, we don't have rooms connected.

Are there rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, and it must be requested and confirmed by the hotel in advance.

What can I do if I have forgotten something at the hotel?

If we found it, we can send the forgotten item. But the shipping charge is at the customer's expense. The hotel is not responsible for the lost belongings.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have an uncovered sand parking. It is closed and unguarded.

Does the hotel have a gym or spa?

No, but we do have 2 mini outdoor whirlpools and wellness treatments. We also have an indoor swimming pool heated in low season.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

No, we do not allow any pets at the hotel.
